This policy explains what information Pharmacy Compounding Compliance, a service of Xcelrx Inc. (“we”), collects through this website and in the course of its work, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us. When you use the contact form, email us or call, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your pharmacy’s name and whatever you write in your message.
- Project information. Clients send us information about their pharmacy so we can prepare documents: formulas, equipment lists, floor plans, staff roles and existing procedures.
- Website usage data. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and may use cookies and analytics tools to measure how the site is used.
We do not need patient information. Please do not send prescriptions, patient names or any other personal health information. If a document you send contains it, tell us and we will delete it.
How we use information
- To reply to inquiries and prepare quotes
- To prepare, deliver and revise the documents a client has ordered
- To invoice and keep business records
- To maintain and improve this website
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information you send us for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, email provider and accountant, and only as needed for that purpose, or where the law requires it. Some providers store data outside Canada. Information that clients send us for a project is also covered by the confidentiality clause in our consulting agreement.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry messages and project files for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
