Last updated: October 1, 2026

This website is operated by Xcelrx Inc., doing business as Pharmacy Compounding Compliance (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms.

Information only

The guides and other content on this site are general information for pharmacy professionals. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice for your pharmacy, and reading them does not create a consulting relationship. Standards and regulator requirements change. Always check the current documents published by your provincial or territorial pharmacy regulatory authority, which decides what applies to you.

Independence

Pharmacy Compounding Compliance is an independent documentation service operated by Xcelrx Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by NAPRA or any pharmacy regulatory authority. Names of regulators and of their publications are used only to describe published documents and the requirements regulators have set.

Consulting services

Documentation services are provided under a separate written consulting agreement, which sets the scope, fee, delivery dates, confidentiality and ownership of the documents. Documents we prepare are tools that support a pharmacy’s compliance. Responsibility for compounding practice and for meeting regulatory requirements remains with the pharmacy, its manager and its non-sterile compounding supervisor. We do not guarantee the outcome of any assessment or inspection.
